This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
All learners must be at least 18 years of age.
All learners must complete a language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills assessment at time of enrolment, or alternatively provide a copy of a Certificate or Statement of Attainment for a Certificate IV qualification or higher.
All learners must be currently working in a managerial role or have support in the workplace to act as in a leadership role in the current place of work.
All learners must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role in either the Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health or Community Services.
12 units must be completed to attain this qualification, consisting of 6 core units and 6 elective units.

All learners will be asked to participate in a Pre-Training Review and complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) Review. This is to ensure we meet your needs as a learner and you are suitable for the course.

Full fee for service: $3,350.00
A $350 per person deposit is required upon commencement and the balance can be paid by regular fortnightly instalments.
